FulPower Consulting was not built from a business plan. It was built from frustration — the frustration of watching an engineer, trained in power systems, see Africa's grid challenges discussed in generalities while the technical details that actually matter were glossed over.
The questions that needed answering were never simple ones: How does a weak grid behave when a large solar farm comes online? What control architecture actually stabilises frequency when inertia is low? How do you optimise storage dispatch in a system where data is scarce?
These questions demanded simulation, data, and rigorous engineering — not just policy papers and investment decks. FulPower was founded to provide exactly that.
We exist to close the gap between the energy infrastructure Africa needs and the technical capacity to deliver, operate, and sustain it. That means doing the hard engineering work — running the simulations, building the models, training the engineers — and then staying in the field to build and manage the systems that come out of that work.
Our work is guided by an ethical commitment to Africa's development. We don't extract insight from the continent and sell it back. We build capability here, for the people and systems that need it most.
We would rather solve one problem correctly than ten problems approximately. Technical rigour is non-negotiable.
We tell clients what their system actually needs, not what they want to hear. Honest analysis protects real people and real infrastructure.

The continent's energy future will be built by people who understand its grids from the inside, and who are willing to stand behind what they build for the long haul. We intend to be at the centre of that work — publishing, training, advising, and, increasingly, delivering and operating the infrastructure itself across Nigeria and Africa.
